Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 5, 2026

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 12. BY USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN THROUGH COURT PROCEEDINGS OR CLASS ACTIONS. PLEASE READ SECTION 12 CAREFULLY.

Key terms: PepLab is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider. All clinical decisions are made by licensed independent physicians. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Results vary. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. The PepLab Platform

PepLab operates a technology and care coordination platform that facilitates access to licensed independent physicians and pharmacy services. PepLab is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, clinic, or pharmacy. PepLab does not practice medicine, provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, or prescribe medications. All clinical decisions — including whether to accept a patient into the program, what medications to prescribe, at what doses, and for how long — are made solely by licensed independent physicians.

PepLab does not compound, manufacture, or dispense medications. Compounded medications are prepared by licensed, independent compounding pharmacies operating under applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved finished drug products. The FDA has not evaluated compounded medications for safety, efficacy, or quality. The decision to prescribe any compounded medication is made by the treating physician based on individual clinical judgment.

2. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using this website, submitting an application, or providing health information does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and PepLab or any physician. A doctor-patient relationship is established only upon acceptance into the program and completion of a clinical consultation with a licensed physician who agrees to treat you.

3. No Medical Advice

Content on this website — including research articles, educational materials, protocol descriptions, and clinical information — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting, modifying, or stopping any health protocol or medication.

4. Eligibility and Acceptance

PepLab accepts patients by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Our clinical team reviews each application individually and determines whether the program is clinically appropriate. PepLab and its clinical partners reserve the right to decline any applicant for clinical or programmatic reasons without obligation to provide specific explanation.

By applying, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, located in a state where services are available, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

5. Clinical Services Provided by Independent Physicians

Medical services are provided by licensed physicians who are independent contractors or employees of independent medical groups — not employees or agents of PepLab. These physicians exercise independent clinical judgment and are solely responsible for their medical decisions. PepLab facilitates the relationship but does not supervise, control, or direct clinical care.

Physicians in the PepLab network are licensed in the states where they practice. Availability of specific physicians and the ability to prescribe certain medications varies by state.

6. Compounded Medications — Important Disclosures

If your physician determines that a compounded medication is appropriate for your protocol, the following apply:

  • Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients based on a valid prescription and are not FDA-approved finished drug products
  • Compounded medications have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality
  • The safety and efficacy of any compounded formulation depends on the quality and practices of the compounding pharmacy
  • PepLab coordinates with licensed, state-board-regulated compounding pharmacies but does not manufacture or inspect medications
  • Compounded medications may look different from commercially available products
  • Regulatory requirements governing compounded medications are subject to change

7. Program Pricing and Billing

The 90-Day Performance Recalibration program is priced at $1,497. Ongoing Optimization continues at $299/month. Executive Concierge is $799/month by application. These fees cover platform access and care coordination. Physician consultations included in the 90-day program are billed as part of the program fee.

Compounded medications are billed separately by the pharmacy at cost. PepLab does not mark up medication pricing. Lab work is billed by the laboratory and may be covered by your insurance. PepLab services are cash-pay and are not covered by insurance.

HSA and FSA funds may be applicable for eligible medical expenses. Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator and is not guaranteed by PepLab.

8. Telehealth Consent

By proceeding with clinical services through PepLab, you acknowledge and consent to:

  • Receiving healthcare services via telehealth, including video and asynchronous communication
  • The limitations of telehealth relative to in-person care, including the inability to perform physical examinations
  • The storage and transmission of your health information electronically, consistent with HIPAA requirements
  • The fact that your telehealth physician may not be your primary care provider and may not have access to your complete medical history

9. Testimonials and Results

Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences of specific patients and are not typical results. Individual outcomes vary significantly based on biology, adherence to physician protocols, lifestyle factors, and other variables. No specific outcomes are guaranteed. Testimonials are provided voluntarily and have not been paid for.

10. FTC Disclosure — Testimonials and Results

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), we disclose the following:

  • Testimonials on this website reflect the genuine experiences of individual patients and have not been paid for or otherwise compensated
  • Individual results vary significantly. The experiences described in testimonials are not typical or guaranteed for all patients
  • Any claims about specific outcomes (weight loss, energy improvement, hormonal changes) reflect individual results that may differ from the results most patients experience
  • No specific health outcomes are guaranteed by PepLab or the physicians in our network
  • Scientific studies referenced on this website reflect research on specific medications or interventions and may not reflect outcomes achievable through PepLab's coordinated program specifically

11. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid

PepLab services are cash-pay only and are not covered by health insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. Physicians in our network are not contracted with any health insurance plan, Medicare, or Medicaid to provide services through this platform. Payments made to PepLab are not reimbursable by health insurance in most circumstances.

Certain medical expenses paid out-of-pocket may be eligible for reimbursement through Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). Eligibility is determined by your plan administrator and applicable IRS rules. PepLab does not guarantee HSA or FSA eligibility for any specific service.

Lab work is billed separately by the laboratory and may or may not be covered by your insurance. Contact your insurance provider directly to determine coverage.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, design, and brand elements — is owned by or licensed to PepLab and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PepLab's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total fees paid to PepLab in the 12 months preceding the claim.

PepLab is not liable for: the clinical decisions of independent physicians; outcomes of prescribed medications; compounding pharmacy errors; or indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Class action claims are waived to the extent permitted by law.

15. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
