Pre-launch: If PepLab does not launch and deliver clinical services within 60 days of your program payment, you receive a full refund automatically. No application required.
Post-acceptance, pre-consultation: If you are accepted into the program but have not yet completed your physician consultation, you may request a full refund within 7 days of acceptance.
Post-consultation: Once your physician consultation has occurred and your protocol has been designed, the program fee is non-refundable. Clinical services have been rendered at that point regardless of whether you choose to continue.
Not accepted: If your application is not accepted, no charge is made.
Monthly fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are not refunded for partial months. You may cancel at any time and access continues through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing date.
Same terms as Ongoing Optimization. We request 30 days notice for cancellation to allow for proper care transition.
Compounded medications are prepared specifically for individual patients based on a valid prescription. Once shipped, compounded medications cannot be returned or refunded. This is standard pharmacy practice for all compounded medications.
If you receive a medication that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was prescribed, contact us immediately at . We will coordinate with the pharmacy to resolve the issue, which may include replacement at no additional charge.
Physician consultation fees included in the 90-day program are non-refundable once the consultation has occurred. Clinical services have been rendered.
Lab fees are billed by the laboratory directly. Refund requests for lab work should be directed to the laboratory. PepLab does not control laboratory billing.
Email with your full name, account email, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days of approval.
