No — your $39/month covers platform access and care coordination. Labs (~$89–149), physician consults (~$99–149), and compounded Rx (~$80–200/month) are billed separately. We're upfront about this so there are no surprises.
How quickly can I get started after joining?
We launch in 60 days. Founding members get first access — your intake, lab order, and physician consultation can be complete within a week of launch. From labs to Rx is typically 3–5 additional business days.
Are the physicians licensed in my state?
Yes. All PepLab physicians are licensed, board-certified, and credentialed to practice in your state. We match you with a physician authorized to treat you where you live.
What if I already have recent lab work?
Upload it during your intake. If your panel is comprehensive and recent (within 3 months), your physician may be able to begin your consultation without ordering new labs — saving you time and cost.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no questions. Founding members who cancel before our launch receive a full refund of the $199 founding fee.
Is PepLab covered by insurance?
The platform membership is not insurance-covered. Some lab work may be covered depending on your plan. Physician consults and compounded Rx are typically not covered but may be HSA/FSA eligible.
