California Privacy Rights

Additional disclosures for California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy and applies only to California residents. Terms defined in the CCPA and CPRA have the same meaning when used here.

Information We Collect

In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address, account identifiers
  • Personal information (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80): Name, address, telephone number, medical information
  • Health and medical information: Health history, symptoms, lab results, prescription information, protocol details
  • Internet or network activity: Browsing history on our site, page interactions, cookie data
  • Geolocation data: State/region (to determine service availability)
  • Inferences: Preferences and characteristics inferred from health intake information

We collect this information directly from you, from your treating physicians, from laboratory partners, and automatically through website usage. We do not collect social security numbers, financial account numbers, or government identification numbers through our platform.

Sensitive Personal Information

We collect sensitive personal information including health and medical information. We use this information solely to provide and coordinate clinical services. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you for advertising purposes.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and coordinate healthcare services
  • Process and fulfill physician prescriptions
  • Communicate with you about your care
  • Process payments
  • Improve our platform and services
  • Comply with legal requirements

Sharing of Personal Information

In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes:

  • Identifiers — shared with physicians and pharmacies for care coordination
  • Health information — shared with treating physicians and pharmacies
  • Payment information — shared with payment processors
  • Internet activity — shared with analytics providers

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources from which we collected it, the purposes for which we use it, and the third parties with whom we share it
  • Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions
  • Right to Correct: You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so this right does not apply
  • Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You have the right to limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide our services
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights

Exercising Your Rights

We will verify your identity before processing your request. We will respond within 45 days. If we need additional time, we will notify you. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Health information may be retained for the periods required by applicable state and federal healthcare laws, which vary by state but are typically a minimum of seven years.
