The Program

A structured intake.
Not an open enrollment.

Every person who enters the PepLab system passes through the same four stages. There are no shortcuts, no self-service options, and no choices to make about your own protocol. Your physician makes those determinations. Your role is to provide your biology.

Physician-guided consultation
Before you apply

Not everyone is accepted.
That is intentional.

PepLab accepts patients by application. Every submission is reviewed individually by our clinical team. We assess whether the program is appropriate for your situation — not every applicant proceeds. This selectivity is not arbitrary. The program works best for a specific profile of patient, and accepting someone for whom it is not appropriate serves no one.

The profile we accept
A high achiever, age 35–60, already disciplined, who is experiencing systemic decline that isolated interventions have failed to address — and who is prepared to engage seriously with a physician-guided 90-day recalibration.
The sequence

Four mandatory stages.
In this order. Every time.

There is no way to skip stages or accelerate the sequence. Each stage exists because the one that follows depends on it. This is what it means to enter a system.

01
Application
You submit. We review.

The process begins with a structured application — not a sign-up form, not a checkout page. You provide a detailed account of your health history, your current symptoms, your performance concerns, and what you have already tried. Our clinical team reads every submission.

We determine whether PepLab is clinically appropriate for your situation. If we believe the program is not the right fit, we tell you directly and explain why. If your application is accepted, you receive onboarding documentation and a lab requisition. Nothing is transacted, selected, or decided at this stage.

Your role
Submit a complete and honest account of your situation. Incomplete applications are not advanced.
Our role
Assess clinical appropriateness. Accept or decline. Every application is reviewed individually.
02
Assessment
Your biology is evaluated. Completely.

Accepted applicants receive a requisition for a comprehensive lab panel — 24 or more biomarkers spanning all five systems. You complete the draw at any major lab location. If you have recent comprehensive labs, your physician reviews them. If gaps exist, we specify exactly what is needed.

This is not a standard annual physical panel. It is a clinical evaluation designed to build the complete picture your physician needs to design a coordinated protocol. The results are not shared with you as a menu. They are interpreted by your physician as input to your protocol design.

Your role
Complete the lab draw. If uploading existing labs, ensure they are comprehensive and recent.
Our role
Interpret all markers in the context of your symptoms, history, and performance demands — not population reference ranges.
03
Protocol
Your physician designs the system.

Your physician conducts an in-depth consultation — reviewing your lab results alongside your application, symptom profile, and goals. This is not a brief appointment to validate a pre-written prescription. It is a clinical synthesis to design a coordinated protocol specific to your biology across the relevant pillars.

Clinical tools — hormonal therapies, metabolic interventions, peptide-based support, and recovery protocols — are introduced where the evidence and your specific picture support them. You do not choose what goes into your protocol. Your physician determines what your system requires. Compounded medications are fulfilled and shipped directly to you.

Your role
Attend the consultation. Answer questions directly. Follow the protocol your physician designs.
Our role
Build a coordinated protocol across all relevant systems. Coordinate compounding and fulfillment. Provide complete administration education for all components.
04
Optimization
The system adjusts. Continuously.

The 90-day program includes structured physician reviews — at initiation, at the mid-point, and at the close of the program. At each, your markers and response data are evaluated and your protocol is adjusted accordingly. This is not set-and-forget.

Throughout the program, your care team is accessible for questions about administration, side effects, and protocol adherence. Every adjustment is made by your physician, not by you. For those who continue past the 90-day program, ongoing physician-guided optimization continues at the same standard indefinitely.

Your role
Adhere to the protocol. Report your response honestly. Attend each structured review.
Our role
Monitor your response, adjust the protocol, manage refills and coordination. Optimize continuously.
What the physician controls

The system makes
the decisions.

This is the fundamental distinction between PepLab and every other platform in this category. You are not selecting from a catalog. You are not comparing options. You are not making clinical decisions about your own care. Your physician is.

This structure exists because it produces better outcomes. A high achiever coordinating their own hormone and recovery protocol — without clinical oversight of how each intervention affects the others — is one of the most common sources of suboptimal results in this space. We are built to eliminate that.

Which systems require intervention in your protocol
Which clinical tools are introduced and when
Precise dosing of all compounded medications
The sequence and timing of protocol introduction
How your protocol evolves as your biology responds
When to adjust, pause, or add protocol components
Lab interpretation — what your results actually mean for you
Whether you are appropriate for the program in the first place

If this is the right fit,
the application is the first step.

You provide your situation. We determine whether the program is appropriate. If it is, the sequence above begins.
